Tantric massage, the tantric embrace and the tantric kiss as they are known today all stem from neotantra. Classic tantra, on the other hand, is above all meditation and ritual.

It is a slow kiss, with eyes closed or looking at each other, where the attention goes to breathing and contact rather than hurry. It is done without seeking anything more: a few seconds of stillness, lips barely touching, and then a rhythm the two of you set. It is a couples practice from neotantra, not a massage.

That is what neotantra calls the tantric couples game, which mixes caresses, glances, breathing and small challenges to draw out desire, sometimes with cards or dice. These are practices for home. At our centre there are no games: there are tantric massages with their journey, their time and their rules.

It works like the individual one, but the two of you receive it at the same time: usually together on the tatami and, if you prefer, in separate rooms. What tantra is and how it is done depends on each school: it is almost always practised with breathing, meditation, mantras, visualisation and, in neotantra, conscious touch, alone or as a couple. There is no single method: each school has its own.

Using or activating it day to day usually means paying full attention to the body and to what you feel. A tantric massage is the most direct way to live it without practising anything: you just receive.

They are simple practices that bring attention to the body: slow, deep breathing, meditation, looking into each other's eyes, the tantric embrace or gentle movements of the pelvis. Doing it tantric, in everyday speech, means living touch and pleasure the neotantra way: slowly, breathing and in no hurry to arrive. There are no seven fixed steps in the traditions of tantra: they are popular lists, which usually speak of intention, breathing, presence, touch, energy, surrender and calm. At our centre the steps of a session are more practical: you book on WhatsApp or by phone, arrive, undress in a private room, receive the massage and, when it ends, have time to shower on your own.

The name usually refers to the five Ms of some ancient Hindu schools, five ritual elements whose Sanskrit names begin with M: wine, meat, fish, grain and union. Other schools read them only as symbols. It is the history of religions, not part of any massage: at our centre there is no tantric ritual of that kind.

They are three names for the same piece of furniture: a long seat without a back, shaped like a wave or an S, whose curves let you lie down, recline or lean at different heights. In our rooms we call it the tantric divan, and it is one of the spaces the tantric massage moves through.

Tantra chair is another name for the tantra sofa, or for smaller versions of the same furniture. What it does is support the body in positions that would be hard to hold without support: its curve lets you recline, lean or arch with little effort. We do not sell furniture; at the centre, the tantric divan is enjoyed as part of the massage, depending on the one you choose.

At home it is used to relax, to stretch and, as a couple, to find comfortable positions that the curve holds without effort. In a tantric massage it lets you lie half reclined and relaxed while you are looked after. At our centre, the tantric divan is part of the massage journey; we neither sell nor rent it, you enjoy it during your session.

It depends on the model, the size and the upholstery: there are cheap tantra chairs and designer ones, and each seller sets the price; we do not sell chairs. At our centre the tantric divan is not paid for separately: it is one of the spaces the tantric massage moves through, and its use is included in the price of the massage.

It is a room prepared for tantric massage: low light, a pleasant temperature, soft music and a comfortable space to lie down. At our centre the rooms are private, with candles, incense and relaxing music, the highest hygiene and clean towels, and depending on the massage they have a tantric divan, tatami, erotic shower or water pool.

Kadampa is the name of a school of Tibetan Buddhism born in the 11th century from the teachings of the Indian master Atisha. Its tantra is a meditation practice, with visualisations and mantras, within a religious path. It has no relation to tantric massage or to neotantra: they share the word, not the practice.

In Tibetan Buddhism, a dakini is a female figure who represents wisdom and energy in motion; her name is usually translated as «she who moves through the sky». She appears in tantric art and practices as a guide or inspiration.

She is a religious symbol, not a type of massage or masseuse. Some centres call one of their massages a dakini tantric massage; there is none with that name on our menu.

Tibetan Buddhism speaks of four classes of tantra, which some present as stages: action tantra, performance tantra, yoga tantra and highest yoga tantra.

The Hindu tradition has other divisions, such as the right-hand path and the left-hand path, and schools such as Shaivite or Kaula tantra. None of them is a massage: tantric massage is a separate, modern practice.

No tantra is more powerful than another: that idea usually stems from adverts and promises. Each tradition, Hindu or Buddhist, has its practices and its meaning.

Be wary of anyone selling extraordinary results; we only promise what can be delivered: an erotic tantric massage with its length, its price and its clear rules. If the practice interests you, choose the school that suits you best; if the massage interests you, choose by its length.

There is no official list: each school sums up its principles in its own way. Modern popular accounts usually speak of breathing, presence, energy, ritual and the union of body and mind. By analogy with those colours, a white tantric massage is one that stays sensory and does not touch the intimate area, and a red tantra massage is one that does include it. By that classification, the ones on our menu would be red: they all include lingam and the manual finish if you want it.

It depends on who is counting. Tibetan Buddhism speaks of 4 classes of tantra, and the Hindu tradition of schools and paths. The lists of 7 or 8 types of tantra that circulate are modern popular ones, with no common canon. None of those types includes tantric massage, which was born much later in the West.

A male tantric massage is the one given to a man that includes lingam, the technique dedicated to the male intimate area. At our centre it is any of the five on the menu, from the Lust Massage in Zaragoza to the Shambal Massage, 4 Hands. To any of them you can add the prostate massage as an add-on.

It is the same tantric massage on the menu, received by a woman and at the same prices as for men. It is from woman to woman, because Sofía gives it, for now the masseuse at the centre who looks after women.

In tantra, the feminine has its own name, yoni, and that is why the tantric massage dedicated only to you is called yoni massage: 30 minutes for 80 €.

In tantra, the masculine is named with the word lingam, and what is called tantra for men is usually a set of breathing and rhythm exercises. A tantra massage for a man is, at our centre, any of the five on the menu: they can all include lingam if you want it, and to any of them you can add the prostate massage for 40 €.

It is the one that covers the whole body, leaving no area out, and goes all the way to the finish if you want it. On our menu they all are: you receive them without clothes, they last 60 or 90 minutes and they can end with the finish you choose. For us, complete is not an add-on: it is the norm.

On our menu there are five: the Lust Massage in Zaragoza, the Shambal, the Royal Deluxe, the Kundalini and the Shambal Massage, 4 Hands. Outside it, names by style are used, such as relaxing, interactive or mutual tantric, complete, white or red, and each centre names its own. What matters is not the name but what it includes and how long it lasts.

The relaxing one puts calm first: long strokes and a slow rhythm that loosens the body. The stimulating one seeks to awaken arousal and is usually more interactive. The difference between a tantric massage and a plain relaxing one is that the tantric one is erotic from start to finish.

On our menu, if you want something stimulating, the Royal Deluxe begins with an erotic surprise and the Kundalini is fully interactive; if above all you want to relax, there are the relaxing erotic massages.

Kundalini is the name yoga and tantra give to an energy that, according to those traditions, rests at the base of the spine.

On our menu, the Kundalini is one of the five tantric massages: fully interactive, with a double manual finish and the Balinese water pool, for 200 € an hour. If you are a woman, you can also ask for the Kundalini tantric massage for women, with Sofía.

It is the part of the tantric massage that takes place in the erotic shower, a shared shower with the masseuse, different from the one you have on your own at the end. Depending on the massage you choose, the erotic shower is one of the spaces on the journey, along with the tantric divan, the tatami or the water pool.

They are style names. Tantra was born in India, so by origin every tantric massage is Hindu, although as it is known today it stems from Western neotantra. Nor is there a Chinese tantric massage on the menu: tantra did not originate in China.

None of our tantric massages is Thai: the Thai style is a different one, that of our Thai erotic massage. What is advertised as Thai tantra mixes the two.

That is the name for a place that brings tantra, massage and spa together, with spa water and tantric massage side by side. We are not a spa with a water circuit but an erotic massage centre: the closest thing to water in our tantric massages is the Balinese water pool.

No tantric massage on the menu includes a jacuzzi, which is part of other massages. So tantra with a jacuzzi is not something we offer.
